Alabama, mostly known as the "Heart of Dixie," is a state situated in the southern region of the USA. The twenty-second state declared to the Union, Alabama separated from the union in 1861 to become part of the Confederate States of America. Montgomery is the capital of Alabama and the biggest and most famous city is Birmingham. The main interstate roads of Alabama are: I-65, I-59/I-20, I-59, I-20, I-85 and I-10.
