Sometimes Yelp and similar websites offer a very narrow window into the quality of a moving company. And by that, I mean that a mover can work 1,000 successful moves and not get a positive review from anyone, but then do 1 where the customer was not happy and posts a negative review. So, the mover ends up having a Yelp page with just 1 review, and it is a negative one. The best way to use a mover’s Yelp page is if they have significant review volume – like 35 reviews+. That should be enough of a sample size to help you make an educated decision. But you should also check out other review sites as well as verify the mover’s license with the appropriate authority who may also be able to provide complaint information regarding that particular mover.
Can I trust a mover that doesn’t have a good Yelp review?
